Questions agencies ask before their first project.
Do you design websites?+
No. We build sites from designs that you or your team have already completed in Figma.
What if my Figma file is not well organized?+
We review every file before starting. If something is unclear, such as a missing mobile version or an undefined interaction, we will ask before work begins.
Who pays for the Webflow plan and hosting?+
Your agency or your client. The site is transferred to your workspace, and the hosting plan remains under your control.
Can I request changes during the project?+
Yes. Adjustments that bring the site closer to the Figma file are included. Changes to the design itself are quoted per page.
When does the 24-hour delivery start?+
When you approve the estimate, we receive the first payment and we have the final Figma file. Projects of up to 5 pages are delivered within 24 hours; 6 to 15 pages in 3 business days; 16 pages or more in 7 business days.
What counts as a page?+
Each unique page layout in your Figma file, such as Home, About or Contact. A CMS template, such as a blog article, counts as one page, however many articles it shows.
What happens after delivery?+
For 14 days after delivery, we fix at no cost anything we built that does not work as shown in the Figma file. After that, we are available for new pages and changes at the same price per page.
Will you sign our NDA?+
Yes. We are happy to sign your agency's non-disclosure agreement before you send a file. Your designs are shared only with the people on our team who work on your project.
Can we talk before sending a file?+
Yes. Book a 15-minute call with the person who will own your project. We will answer your questions about the file, the deadline and how we work.
How do I pay?+
By card or bank transfer, in US dollars. You receive an invoice for each payment.
